There is no minimum stay requirement — you are welcome to book for a single night or as long as you need, at any time of the year.

You can pay securely using either a credit card or via bank transfer. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you the detailed payment instructions to secure your stay.

Yes, absolutely. If you need a company invoice, please provide your company name, address, and VAT ID (OIB) either during the booking process or via email. We will make sure your invoice is issued correctly.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

We use a hassle-free self check-in system. Prior to your arrival, you will receive our comprehensive digital guidebook containing step-by-step arrival instructions, your unique keypad access code, and useful local tips. This allows you to arrive whenever it suits you best and access the apartment smoothly on your own.

Free private parking is available right in front of the building. The parking area is exclusively reserved for our guests and is fully secured with 24/7 video surveillance, ensuring your vehicle is safe throughout your stay.

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment. We are equipped with a 1 Gbps fiber connection, making it lightning-fast and perfectly suited for business travelers, remote work, video conferencing, or streaming your favorite shows without any interruptions.

Yes, all apartments are fully equipped with fresh towels, premium bed linen, and complimentary bathroom essentials. For longer stays, a mid-stay linen and towel change can easily be arranged upon request.

Pets are not permitted in our apartments. We apologise for the inconvenience.

All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking indoors. However, smoking is permitted outside on the balcony or in front of the building. Please note that a penalty fee of €150 will be charged if smoking occurs inside the apartment.
